About Our Tours
On our factory tours, we will entertain you with the story of cocoa, including the extraordinary transformation of the cocoa fruit into what we know and love as chocolate! We will also touch on the social and environmental issues relating to cocoa and cocoa farmers. Best of all, you’ll get to try our amazing products! The first half hour of the tour is seated, while the second half hour is a guided walking tour through our facilities.

Things To Know Before You Book A Tour
Groups of 6 or more are required to pay in full prior to the time of scheduled tour. Please call us to make a credit card payment at (206) 632-5100 x1048. Groups that have not made a payment 48 hours prior to their scheduled tour are subject to having their reservation canceled.
If you are not present at the start of your tour time, your spots may be given to someone else. If you are running late, or are unable to attend the tour, please call us to let us know.
If you need to cancel a tour, please call our main line at 206-632-5100 to inform us. You can also cancel online by clicking the “View/Change Booking” link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Given the format of the tour, we do not recommend our tour for young children (under 7).
We are a fragrance-free facility, so please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. As we are a working factory, closed toe shoes are required for the tour (please contact us if you do not have access to closed toe shoes). Please be sure to share these regulations with all members of your party so everyone comes prepared.
Please note that our factory usually operates Monday–Friday, and while you will most likely see machinery operating during the week, we cannot guarantee what you will experience on any given day as our production schedule varies.
