Chocolate and Tea Pairing (featuring B. Fuller's Mortar & Pestle)

Looking for the perfect cozy start to your day? We’ve teamed up with local Fremont tea house B. Fuller’s for our first ever Chocolate and Tea pairing! B.Fuller’s team will lead you through an incredible array of tea’s, followed by an extensive and unique chocolate tasting lead by the Theo Team. The morning will culminate in an incredible pairing of the two plus a special treat from the Theo Kitchen made specifically for this class. You'll leave with a tea sample to make at home and some chocolate to pair with it!

Hand-Rolled Ganache Truffles

Hand-rolled ganache truffles make delicious gifts! Learn the professional methods of ganache making, piping, and decorating with a Theo chocolatier. Observe chocolate table tempering and learn how to do it easily at home. After decorating truffles with an array of ingredients from our kitchen, you’ll leave with ideas for at-home truffle making and a bag of Theo Chocolate truffles!

Learn the professional methods of creating molded chocolate shells, ganache making and piping with a Theo chocolatier. Observe table tempering and learn how to do it easily at home. Chocolate and Cheese Pairing

April 26, May 10th, June 7th, July 12th

Let our experienced staff guide you through tasting all of the rich and wonderful flavors of cheese from a variety of local cheese makers along with a unique chocolate tasting, including chocolate available only in this class. The night will culminate in a pairing of chocolate and cheese with a special treat from the Theo kitchen. This will truly be a night to remember!

Please note that while we can accommodate gluten free diets with notice, we will only be serving cheese made from dairy. There will be no vegan cheese options.

Chocolate and Coffee Class (featuring Dorothea Coffee)

Join us for the ultimate Seattle tasting experience: coffee and chocolate! We’ve teamed up with local coffee roasters Dorothea Coffee to showcase a beautiful array of single origin and blended origin coffees along with many unique and specially made chocolates that are only available at this class! You’ll leave wide awake and with a 12oz bag of coffee and some chocolate for enjoying at home.

Kids' Chocolate Bark Class

April 12th, May 17th, June 7th, July 12th, August 16th

Adults are free - limit of 1 adult per booking

In this hands-on class (yes, this will get messy!) families are invited to design and decorate their own chocolate bark to take home. This delicious afternoon is perfect for kids 3-7 years old, but children of all ages are welcome to attend.
