Theo chocolate bars are a pleasure to enjoy on their own, but they can also open the door to creative possibilities in your home kitchen. You’ll be surprised by the depth of flavor Theo bars bring to your brownies, cakes, truffles, and cookies. For the savory chef, our chocolate can be a great addition to moles, sauces, and stews. Theo nibs can be used as you would use nuts: in cookies, breads, salads, on cheese plates. Let your imagination take you in new directions and let our recipes help guide you along the way!

Theo dark chocolate bars perform very well in recipes calling for bittersweet chocolate. Because our chocolate contains such a high cacao percentage, you can also use Theo in recipes calling for unsweetened chocolate; however, you will likely want to adjust the amount of sugar or sweetener called for to account for the difference.

Here are a few recipes from our kitchen to yours to get you started. If you develop something wonderful using our chocolate (and we predict you will) and would like to share it with us, please write to us at
