Starting with our own organic, Fair Trade cocoa beans, we are able to create the most intimate chocolate experience, bringing you true works of art.
Theo Confections celebrate creativity and the artistic, intimate nature of our company. We believe that each confection is a small masterpiece, true to the integrity of its fresh and imaginative ingredients. The presentations and the flavors are true inspirations. We make and decorate everything in our chocolate kitchen in small batches by hand. Our ganaches and pralines are table-tempered to create a firm yet smooth and delicate texture that gives way to the heat of your mouth.
Our chocolatier, Autumn Martin, is strongly committed to sourcing local ingredients and using the freshest and purest ingredients possible at all times. Theo is committed to supporting organic and sustainable agriculture and Fair Trade practices. Our flavors will linger on your tongue, cling to your memory and inspire your next bite.
Due to the freshness of all of our ingredients, our confections have a very short shelf life of 2 weeks. Please store between 60-70 degrees F away from light. We do not recommend storing in the refrigerator, but if necessary, be sure to wrap the confections well so no moisture can reach the chocolate. Bring to room temperature before enjoying.
